WASHINGTON, D.C., May 9, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) – President Barack Obama has flip-flopped on gay “marriage” for the second time, endorsing same-sex marriage in an interview today, in which he said his decision was motivated in part by his Christian faith and his belief in the Golden Rule.

“I’ve just concluded that for me personally, it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same-sex couples should be able to get married,” Obama told ABC News reporter Robin Roberts in an interview to air this evening.

He added that his wife, Michelle, agreed with him. “We’ve talked about it over the years and she, you know, she feels the same way,” he said.

“We are both practicing Christians and obviously this position may be considered to put us at odds with the views of others,” Obama stated, “but, you know, when we think about our faith, the thing at root that we think about is, not only Christ sacrificing Himself on our behalf, but it’s also the Golden Rule.”

He explained his foot-dragging reticence to support full same-sex “marriage” by saying he “was sensitive to the fact that, for a lot of people, the word marriage was something that evokes very powerful traditions – religious beliefs and so forth.”

However, Obama had previously implied the Bible supports homosexual unions. “I believe in civil unions that allow a same-sex couple to visit each other in a hospital or transfer property to each other,” he said in 2008. “If people find that controversial, then I would just refer them to the Sermon on the Mount, which I think is, in my mind, for my faith, more central than an obscure passage in Romans.”

The president told the media his newly articulated position represents his private views, and that he believes each state should make its own decisions about marriage. However, he has publicly opposed state initiatives to define marriage as the union of a man and a woman in North Carolina and Minnesota. His remarks come one day after North Carolina amended its constitution to affirm marriage is the union of one man and one woman.

Fox News anchor Sheppard Smith greeted the president’s statement by saying, “President Obama, now in the 21st century.”

Click “like” if you want to defend true marriage.

In the ABC interview, Obama highlighted his service to the LGBT political agenda, including “rolling back Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” “no longer defending the Defense Against Marriage Act,” and supporting civil unions. However, he said his personal relationships with homosexuals convinced him he had to go further.

“Malia and Sasha, they have friends whose parents are same-sex couples,” he added.

In today’s statement, Obama appeared to flip-flop on the issue of marriage for a second time. In 1996, while running for Illinois state senate against Alice Palmer, Barack Obama filled out a questionnaire from the homosexual activist group IMPACT stating, “I favor legalizing same-sex marriages, and would fight efforts to prohibit such marriages.” His aides later disavowed it.

As a U.S. Senate candidate in 2004, running against Alan Keyes, Obama said, “I’m a Christian. I do believe that tradition and my religious beliefs say that marriage is something sanctified between a man and a woman.” He maintained that position in the 2008 presidential race.

Yet Obama had signaled his views on same-sex “marriage” would “evolve” since September 2010.

His most recent announcement followed closely on the heels of Vice President Joe Biden and Education Secretary Arne Duncan endorsing same-sex “marriage.”

Fox News Channel reports that according to numerous Democratic sources, the timing of today’s interview was not planned but came as a result of the vice president’s “gaffe.”

Obama’s likely 2012 rival Mitt Romney clarified his position in return, saying, “My view is that marriage is a relationship between a man and a woman…I don’t intend to make any adjustments at this point – or ever, by the way.”

A transcript of the president’s remarks follows this video.

Transcript:

I have to tell you, as I said, I’ve been going through an evolution on this issue. I’ve always been adamant that gay and lesbian Americans should be treated fairly and equally. That’s why in addition to everything we’ve done in this administration — rolling back Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, so that outstanding Americans can serve our country, whether it is no longer defending the Defense Against Marriage Act which tried to federalize what has historically been state law — I’ve stood on side of broader equality for the LGBT community. And, I hesitated on gay marriage in part because I thought civil unions would be sufficient. That that was something that would give people hospital visitation rights and other elements that we take for granted. And I was sensitive to the fact that for a lot of people, the word marriage was something that evokes very powerful traditions, religious beliefs and so forth. But I have to tell you that over the course of several years as I have talked to friends and family and neighbors when I think about members of my own staff who are in incredibly committed monogamous relationships, same-sex relationships, who are raising kids together, when I think about those soldiers or airmen or marines or sailors who are out there fighting on my behalf and yet feel constrained, even now that Don’t Ask Don’t Tell is gone, because they are not able to commit themselves in a marriage. At a certain point, I’ve just concluded that for me personally, it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same-sex couples should be able to get married.

According to ABC, he continued:

Some of this is generational. You know when I go to college campuses, sometimes I talk to college Republicans who think that I have terrible policies on the economy, on foreign policy, but are very clear that when it comes to same sex equality or, you know, sexual orientation that they believe in equality. They are much more comfortable with it. You know, Malia and Sasha, they have friends whose parents are same-sex couples. There have been times where Michelle and I have been sitting around the dinner table and we’re talking about their friends and their parents and Malia and Sasha, it wouldn’t dawn on them that somehow their friends’ parents would be treated differently. It doesn’t make sense to them and frankly, that’s the kind of thing that prompts a change in perspective.

This is something that, you know, we’ve talked about over the years and she, you know, she feels the same way, she feels the same way that I do. And that is that, in the end the values that I care most deeply about and she cares most deeply about is how we treat other people and, you know, I, you know, we are both practicing Christians and obviously this position may be considered to put us at odds with the views of others but, you know, when we think about our faith, the thing at root that we think about is, not only Christ sacrificing himself on our behalf, but it’s also the Golden Rule, you know, treat others the way you would want to be treated. And I think that’s what we try to impart to our kids and that’s what motivates me as president and I figure the most consistent I can be in being true to those precepts, the better I’ll be as a as a dad and a husband and hopefully the better I’ll be as president.

1) It is with great joy we announce that Rise Up Australia Party is now on track to contest the next Federal Election also in South Australia!

Pr Daniel spoke at a gathering in Adelaide on the 9th of May and was very successful in setting up a state team to run the operation in South Australia for the next Federal Election in November 2013.

Pr Daniel stated, “I am so happy to see people rising up and being willing to take a stand for our nation Australia. One main reason for this is that the general public are absolutely fed up with our current government and most political parties. We have a great opportunity to step into Parliament right now. We cannot and must not miss this wave. I have spoken to many Christians and non-Christians alike. Interestingly, the response is the same, ‘We need change’ and I say, ‘Yes, we can do it’”.

2) On Sunday, which was Mother’s Day, Pr Jenny Jack from CTFM brought a great word on ‘Why women and men are equal in the sight of God‘. Many were mightily touched by the Word and Spirit of God. Pr Daniel called all the mothers to come up to the front and then he laid hands and prayed for them. Many of them received prophetic words from the Lord and were mighty impacted by the presence and power of God.

At the evening service, Pr Daniel Scot, along with his wife, ministered the powerful Word of the Lord. He spoke on the topic of ‘Why Islamic Sharia Law is bad law’. Many people who came to the meeting were shocked to learn as to what is real Islamic Sharia Law. Pr Daniel Scot and Pr Daniel Nalliah had both lived under Sharia Law in Pakistan & Saudi Arabia, and know very well as to how this law will destroy our nation of Australia.

This meeting was also live webcast, although the video was out, due to technical failure. Nevertheless, we thank God that the audio carried through without any interruptions. Yesterday morning we received good feedback from those who listened to it. We are so sorry for the video dropping out.

Pr Daniel Scot’s speech was very well received by the people. He spoke of how Australia will lose its freedoms and identity if Islamic Sharia Law is introduced. He quoted many references from the Koran to back up every statement he made. This very challenging and informative message is a must watch on DVD. You may order your copy for $15 + $5 postage, by emailing angelene@catchthefire.com.au or calling Angeline at CTFM on 03 9794 8211.

3) Please pray for Pr Daniel who will be ministering this Sunday 20th May at both 10am & 6.30pm worship services at Bethel Christian Fellowship at 180 Pakington St in Geelong West.

Attached is the brochure for your welcomed prayer and participation if possible.

All are most welcome, so come with expectation, trusting the Lord for your healing, your miracle, and to Catch the Fire of the Holy Spirit!

4) For those of you in the Melbourne area, our weekly CTFM worship services are this Sunday 20th May at 9:30am & 6:30pm.

Also for those of you in the Melbourne area, you’re most welcome to join our weekly intercessory prayer meeting this Friday 18th May at 7:30pm, that is open to the wider Body of Christ to pray for Australia’s Spiritual Revival, Reformation and Transformation in the Kingdom of God.

Our Youth service meets regularly on Saturdays at 5pm.

All of these meetings will be held at Catch the Fire Apostolic Centre, 23 Melverton Drive Hallam. Mel 96:G2

We’re posting the following two emails for your prayerful interest.

1) Why the battle for marriage is so significant. What is it that we are up against? A recap and why the battle for marriage is so significant.

Humanity’s greatest crisis is the rebellion against what it means to be created in the Image of God, a rejection of who God is and what it means to be human.

Society’s greatest risk is the threat to marriage and family, the move to re-define male and female and thus ultimately destroy the fabric of society.

And the third great risk is to freedom of belief and to speak of what we believe – to even speak or show the truth re abortion or marriage or even quote scripture – and includes freedom of religion and liberty of conscience.

Click the following link to keep reading: http://catchthefire.com.au/rise-up-australia/why-the-battle-for-marriage-is-so-significant/

2) Dear Friend, As you may know www.doctors4family.com.au has featured in Australian Doctor, the Herald Sun, Channel 10 news, Project 10, the ABC and I will be further interviewed on Radio National Mon 0800 EST and 3AW around 0700.

Some of our doctors have been subject to “hate speech” and Prof Kuruvilla George in Victoria has been subject to a lot of attack. As a group we have had emotive labels thrown at us but without any logic or science. As a result of today’s activities I am getting a lot of supportive letters, new doctors joining and a lot of “hate mail”.

Sometimes it is best to say nothing if we are under personal attack and just let the vitriol and hate speech speak for itself. Otherwise a gentle answer e.g. to a “gay” colleague “I’m sorry you’re upset but we do think we should be able to say that all children need a mother and a father.”

Dan Wooding : Apr 26, 2012 : ASSIST News Service

“I felt God speaking to me saying: ‘He has the right to live’. So, immediately, I put my hand over him, and started to pray…”

(Montevideo, Uruguay)—Dr. Marta Martínez is a respected doctor from Montevideo, Uruguay, who believes that God still heals the sick today. And she should know, for in an interview, Dr. Martinez told me about an extraordinary miracle that she witnessed and was personally involved with.

“I experienced this miracle some years ago, while I was working in a hospital in one small city, far from the capital city,” she said. “It concerned a baby who was about one month old and his mother was an adolescent and very poor.

“The baby boy had come to the hospital in a very bad condition, with malnutrition, dehydration and septicemia. There appeared to be nothing we could to do for him. Finally he died. While I was present, watching him at the moment of the death, I thought: ‘It is better for him to die, because in his environment, with his kind of family, he would have not any chance of success, the rest of his life would be a ‘Calvary’, with a lack of hope and no opportunities’.

“At that moment, I felt God speaking to me saying: ‘He has the right to live’. So, immediately, I put my hand over him, and started to pray and thank God he was ‘resurrected’—he came back to life! It was an amazing miracle.”

Dr. Martinez went on to say that the baby was then sent to “a better hospital” in Montevideo called “Filtro” for further treatment.

“After some months, I went to the ‘Filtro’ hospital just to visit a patient and while I was there, I asked one of the nurses about this baby that I had prayed for. She told me that ‘he’s here right now and he’s five months old.’ She added: ‘He is fine now, but we have him still here just so he can gain more weight. Would you like to see him?’

“When I saw him, I was astonished to see that, by now, he was a very big and healthy baby. God allowed me to see the complete miracle.

“I have also seen other healings and I believe in divine healing because, first of all, it is written in the Bible, and secondly I have seen others healed in a miraculous way and have also experienced it in my own body.”

Dr. Martinez is now hoping to travel to Nairobi, Kenya, to attend the 9th Annual World Christian Doctors Network (WCDN) conference to be held at the Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi, from May 25-26, 2012.

WCDN is an interdenominational organization composed of Christian medical professionals from around the world who believe in divine healing and meet under the title of “Spirituality and Medicine.”

I concluded my interview with her, by asking why she thought other doctors should believe in the power of prayer to heal the sick, and she replied, “Not just Christian doctors, but all Christians should believe in divine healing because it is written in the Bible and also, it was a very important part of Jesus’ ministry on this earth, and also because the Holy Spirit dwells in us (Luke 4:18-20).”

May I take this opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU to all you wonderful Mums. We love you very much and pray that God will continue to protect you and guide you for the rest of your life.

I always thank God for Mums, because my mum prayed me into salvation, and I also thank Him for blessing me with such a great wife who has been a wonderful Mum to our children.

A Mums work never seems to end. From the time she gets up until the time she goes to bed, she has so much work to be done. She is always there meeting the needs of her family.

I would encourage everyone to celebrate your Mum, because I suppose it takes a Mum to understand what it’s like to be a Mum.

Mums are not perfect, but they are certainly very special. Love them with all your heart while you have them, so you do not regret it later, because there will come a time when she won’t be with you anymore. Enjoy her and make the most of your time together.

Thank you to every single Mum, you are a very special gift from God.

Blessings Pr Daniel

In 2002 the Islamic Council of Victoria brought an allegation of vilification against Pastor Daniel Nalliah of Catch the Fire Ministries and Pastor Daniel Scot, which resulted in a court battle that lasted for almost five years. This court case, better known as the two Danny’s case, was a highly publicized court case that received much coverage by the Australian and international media.

The two Danny’s successfully defended themselves and won the court battle for freedom of speech in the Victorian Supreme Court, when the three judges overturned the VCAT decision, clearing the two Pastors any wrong doing and upholding their basic rights of freedom of speech in a democratic nation. This decision resulted in most state governments rejecting the racial and religious vilification laws across Australia.

After ten years, the two Danny’s together will be addressing a gathering this Sunday the 13th of May at 6.30pm at the Catch The Fire Ministries base at 23 Melverton Dr in Hallam, Victoria, and will be speaking on ‘Why Islamic Sharia Law is bad law and should not be tolerated or accommodated in Australia’.

Pastor Daniel Nalliah, who is also the founding President of the new political party Rise Up Australia Party – ‘Keep Australian, Australian’, will be running a national campaign in the next federal election.

He stated this morning, “I lived and worked for two years with my family in Saudi Arabia and know very well the effects of Islamic Sharia Law. It is bad law, it is from the dark ages. We in the West should not touch it, as it completely goes against everything we stand for. France, Germany, UK and many nations in Europe who have embraced some parts of Islamic Sharia Law, under the banner of Multiculturalism, now regret doing so, although it seems a bit too late for them.

I am sure many Australian Muslims will join with me to reject Sharia Law because they fled their countries to call Australia home for this very reason. I and Rise Up Australia Party is calling on all who call Australia home to reject Islamic Sharia Law.

I am shocked and surprised that the Islamic Federation of Australia is calling for Sharia Law, and has made several request to the federal government of Australia to do so.”

Come and hear an excellent speech on why we do not need Sharia Law in Australia.

This important meeting will also be broadcast live at www.catchthefire.com.au beginning at 7pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time -AEDT)

By Stoyan Zaimov , Christian Post Reporter - April 17, 2012

An in-depth study released by the Barna Group on behalf of the American Bible Society found that 50 percent of Americans believe the Bible, Quran and the Book of Mormon hold different expressions of the same truths. The survey also found that Americans’ reliance on the Bible has decreased slightly in 2012 from 2011, although the Christian holy book retains an important place in people’s lives.

The study, which was conducted in March and surveyed over 2,000 adults through phone and online interviews, found that 85 percent of American households own a Bible – although that number was down from 88 percent in 2011. Similarly, 48 percent agreed that the Bible has all the knowledge needed to live a meaningful life, while that number was 53 percent in 2011.

Mormonism, which has been in the news lately because of Mitt Romney, the likely GOP presidential candidate and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, registered a slight gain in terms of recognition – six percent of people interviewed said the Book of Mormon is sacred or holy, which is up two percent from 2011. The Bible, on the other hand, dropped by four percent to 82 percent in the same question.

The survey’s findings suggest that “Americans desire to read the Bible more and turn to it for the answers to life questions but have an increasingly less reverent view of its contents,” David Kinnaman, president of Barna Group, said in a press release.

People’s motivation for reading the Bible also slightly changed. Fifty-five and 10 percent of respondents respectively said they read the Christian holy book to bring them closer to God or because they needed comfort, which was down from 2011. However, 17 percent of respondents, a growing number, said they were turning to the Bible to help them solve a problem in life, or because they needed direction.

In terms of faith and politics, people were largely split on the role religious belief has to play in the political realm. However, a significant majority (79 percent) disagreed that the Bible teaches Americans should vote for people of the same faith, while 33 percent of people said they would vote for an atheist. The more secular, younger generation (between ages 18 and 29) were more open to the idea, and 47 percent said they are ready to vote for an atheist candidate.

In addition, 47 percent of all adults said that according to them, the Bible has too little influence over American society – but 16 percent said that it has too much influence, a number up by two percent from 2011.

The survey also took a look at the type of emotions experienced by those who read the Bible. Of the favorable emotions, respondents most identified themselves as feeling peaceful (34 percent) and encouraged/inspired (33 percent.) While most Bible readers said they did not experience unfavorable emotions after reading Scripture, those that did said they were either confused (12 percent) or overwhelmed (11 percent).

A common frustration identified by Bible readers was rarely having enough time to read the Bible – 32 percent admitted they experience this problem. Twelve percent, on the other hand, said their biggest problem was the difficult language used in the Bible.

A group of Muslim men who abducted and raped two teenage girls as part of their Eid celebrations laughed in court yesterday as they were jailed for a total of 38 years.

The girls, aged 15 and 16, were lured miles from their home to a dingy hostel.

In a horrifying weekend-long ordeal, they were plied with alcohol and repeatedly raped by two men, Shamrez Rashid and Amar Hussain, before being offered to a number of others who also ‘used them for sex’.

The 16-year old was forced to have sex six times with four different men.

The younger victim was raped by one man and then sexually assaulted by another.

One defendant, Rashid, 20, was said to have claimed the girls had enjoyed the sex, which he said had taken place as they celebrated the Muslim festival of Eid.‘It was Eid,’ he said. ‘We treated them as our guests. OK, so they gave us [sex] but we were buying them food and drink.

‘They could have anything they wanted. They enjoyed it.’

His accomplice Amar Hussain, 22, claimed the girls were ‘slags’.

But Judge Melbourne Inman QC said the girls had still been children at the time of the offences.

He said it was quite obvious they had been frightened of the men, but this had had ‘no effect at all’ on their attackers’ behaviour.

Sentence: The defendants were jailed at Birmingham Crown Court (pictured)

‘They were still children and still living with their families,’ Judge Inman said. ‘In a civilised society, such people should be helped. You all abused them.

‘They were extremely vulnerable and you took advantage of that.’

The five defendants laughed and smirked as the horrifying details of their offences were described in court yesterday.

Rashid – who had already been found guilty of two rapes, an attempted rape, child abduction and an attempted sexual assault – grinned, laughed and made gun gestures in the dock.

His supporters in the public gallery hurled abuse at the judge as he passed sentence later.

The court heard how Rashid and Hussain drove the girls from their home in Telford in Shropshire to a Birmingham probation hostel on the evening of Saturday November 28 2009.

‘Subjected to constant abuse’

They took them to an unfamiliar environment so they ‘would be disorientated and reliant on them,’ prosecutors said.

After raping the girls, they ‘in effect offered them up to their friends, introducing a string of young men into the house’.

Over the following 36 hours, the girls were subjected to almost constant abuse, despite begging their attackers to stop.

The 16-year-old was left with bruising all over her face and neck after she was forced to perform a sex act on Hussain.

She was then forced to have sex with Rashid and a third man, Adil Saleem, while others watched.

The court heard how she held on to a doorframe to try to stop her attacker dragging her into a bedroom, but was pushed inside and the door locked behind her.

She was warned that her attackers were in a gang known as the B9 Crew, and that ‘when someone pressed charges against them, they went to their mother’s house, put a gun to her face and broke her jaw’.

The girls eventually ran from the hostel and called the emergency services from a payphone.

The trial at Birmingham Crown Court was the latest of several cases in which groups of men have been accused of sexually exploiting vulnerable girls.

Hussain was found guilty of child abduction and three rapes and was sentenced to 11 years in prison.

Rashid received ten years for child abduction, two rapes, an attempted rape and attempted sexual assault.

Adil Saleem, 20, was given eight years for one count of rape. Jahbar Rafiq, 28, was handed eight years for rape and sexual assault and Amer Islam Choudhrey, 20, was given 15 months for child abduction and sexual assault.

1) Glory to God for another amazing weekend in His glorious presence!

On Sunday past, Pr Daniel preached on the 3 categories of people in the church, the Visionaries, the Leaders and the Followers. He used the story of Moses leading the people out of bondage into freedom.

Pr Daniel stated, “Where there is no vision people perish. Where there is vision people are always excited as they know that they have a cause to fight for. Where there is vision there is a mission to accomplish and you will see people with great passion following the visionary.

Moses had a great encounter with God at the burning bush, where he received the vision to set His people, who were captives, free from Egypt. This started off a great journey to lead Israel into freedom.

Have you had a real encounter with God?? We need to set the captives free!!

Moses encountered many challenges. He was challenged from the outside by Pharaoh and the Egyptians. He also faced challenges from within, including his own leaders and the Israelites. No matter who challenges you, if God has called you and appointed you for the task, you must stand up and be a good soldier for Jesus with boldness, guts and love.

I had my burning bush experience in Saudi Arabia, just 40 minutes from Mecca (the holy city of Islam), where Jesus appeared to me in a bright glow of light at 3.40am on 21st July 1997 and spoke to me for 2 hours and 20 minutes, giving me the vision for Australia.

So, no matter what anyone one might say, I have a vision and a dream to see Australia and then the nations come to Jesus!”

Glory to God, the people gathered at both service were mightily impacted by the Word of God and challenged to stand up and be good soldiers for Jesus.

2) There was also a very powerful testimony shared by a lady called Jenny. I am sure many of you saw her share her story during the live webcast on Sunday night.

She said, “My neighbour had put a brochure about RUA Party in my letterbox. When I read it I got very excited. I used to be a Mormon and I also totally believed in evolution. But when I got this brochure something happened inside me, and I wanted to know more about this political party. So I sent an email to Pr Daniel and I was very surprised to receive an immediate response.

My neighbour then gave me a book called ‘Worship Under The Sword’ and told me that this book was Pastor Daniel’s real life story. I read the whole book in one day, and thought, can this be for real. So I read the whole book the next day. Now I was getting very excited, so I read the book for the 3rd time the following day.

On that Sunday I came to church and gave my life to Jesus. I have now read the book 5 times. My life is completely changed in the past 6 weeks. I am looking forward to get baptised soon. My husband told me that I am a changed woman. After reading Pastor Daniel’s book, I no longer believe in evolution and I have started reading the Bible which I had no desire to read before!”

Glory to God! What a mighty God we serve!

3) For those of you in the Melbourne area, we are pleased to announce that our Special Mother’s Day Services, with a special message from a Great Mum, are at 9.30am & 6.30pm this Sunday 13th May. Pr Daniel will also be praying for people at both services.

You’re also welcome to join our weekly intercessory prayer meeting this Friday 11th May at 7:30pm, that is open to the wider Body of Christ to pray for Australia’s Spiritual Revival, Reformation and Transformation in the Kingdom of God.

Our Youth service meets regularly on Saturdays at 5pm.

All of these meetings will be held at Catch the Fire Apostolic Centre, 23 Melverton Drive Hallam. Mel 96:G2

AHMEDABAD, India, April 23, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – After the horrific experience of being forced to abort five daughters, a mother in India has risen from the ashes to become a champion for Indian wives and mothers who suffer abuse, rejection, and even torture from a husband or in-laws who, in a male-obsessed culture, demand a male heir, reports the Times of India.

Amisha Bhatt, 36, was coerced to undergo illegal ultrasounds to determine the sex of her babies between August 2001 and January 2009. When each test revealed that Amisha was pregnant with a girl, her husband and in-laws relentlessly forced her to abort. Her first daughter was aborted immediately after her first ultrasound visit in August 2001.

“My husband and his parents are obsessed with having a boy in the family,” Amisha told the Ahmedabad Mirror in 2009. “They don’t consider me a human being. They think I am a [baby making] machine,” she said.

“In the past nine years, they have coerced me into aborting five female fetuses.”

Click ‘like’ if you want to END ABORTION!One of Amisha’s daughters was remarkably spared the terrible fate of her sisters. “When I was pregnant the third time, I had gone for a wedding where I fell ill and was packed off to my parents’ place. This is how I gave birth to a girl child Kamya,” said Amisha to the Times of India in 2009.

The birth of Kamya only increased the often-violent pressure that Amisha’s husband exerted on her to bear for him a male child.

By early 2009, Amisha was rejected by her husband and thrown out of her house. “My mother-in-law said she would get another daughter-in-law who would give birth to a male child,” Amisha said at that time.

But Amisha wanted justice for her daughters murdered through abortion and for the abuses she had suffered. She lodged a complaint against her husband and in-laws in 2009 with the police. She also filed a complaint to the Minister of Health against the doctors who had performed the illegal ultrasounds and the prohibited sex selection abortions. She based her complaint on her country’s 1994 Pre-Conception & Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act, (PCPNDT Act) which prohibits sex determination ultrasounds and sex selective abortions.

The Act also offers India’s pregnant women legal protection from coercion, stating that “no person including a relative or husband of the pregnant woman shall seek or encourage the conduct of any pre-natal diagnostic techniques on her.”

The Minister of Health examined the official records from the clinics that performed the illegal procedures on Amisha, but found that none of her procedures had been recorded.

“This meant that the government had no information on the tests conducted on me, as mandated under the PCPNDT Act. There may have been many such women like me. The doctors were maintaining a secret list of patients on which sex determination tests were being conducted,” Amisha said.

Amisha then handed over to the Minister of Health her ultrasound reports and receipts from the clinics who had performed the illegal ultrasound tests and sex selective abortions. A further investigation by the Minister of Health uncovered a mutually beneficial relationship that existed secretly between the ultrasound clinic that was offering the illegal tests and the abortion clinic that had been killing the unborn girls.

“The records revealed an ugly truth,” said Dr. Rajendra Shukla of Yogkshem Manav Sansthan, an organization to protect human dignity that helped Amisha with her case.

“Amisha’s name was not mentioned in the [clinic’s] monthly reports sent to the health officers. We proved the abortion and sonography [procedures had happened] with help of the bills of the doctors. The form ‘F’ for sonography did not have signature of Amisha’s, [which is] a prerequisite.”

“We submitted the proofs to the health officials and blew lid off the scam,” she said.

Due to Amisha’s courageous stand to seek justice for herself and to honor her murdered daughters, the licenses of two of her doctors have been revoked for malpractice, according to the Times of India. The state government has also reportedly reviewed the standards for the monthly reports that doctors are required to submit.

For your ongoing prayerful interest, we’re forwarding the following video link (44 min) to ABC 4 Corners Television Program ‘Without Consent’ and written report, regarding the shocking expose of a practice hidden within Australia’s migrant communities – the forced marriage of young girls – organised by their families and supported by religious leaders.

http://www.abc.net.au/4corners/stories/2012/03/29/3466537.htm

By Sarah Ferguson and Deb Masters – April 3, 2012

What happens when young, educated, Australian-born girls are forced into unwanted marriages – often with relatives overseas?

Samia was just seventeen when her father announced he was taking her on a holiday overseas. But this was a holiday with a difference. Back in the family’s village in rural Pakistan, Samia watched in horror as the local Imam walked in ready to conduct her marriage to her first cousin – without her consent. With pressure from her extended family, she was given papers to sign and threatened.Returning to Australia, Samia sought help from local religious authorities in Sydney – but they ignored her and told her to accept the marriage.

For the first time young women, the victims of forced marriages, are speaking out – without disguise and despite the risks of backlash from their communities. Are these women entitled to the same protection as other Australian girls?

The Government thinks so; in fact they are so concerned they are introducing criminal legislation to ban forced marriage. However, outspoken members of Australian migrant communities say it is their responsibility to stop the practice and the men who enforce it.

It’s not only women who experience force or coercion to push them into marriage. It happens to men too, often with disastrous consequences. Reporter Sarah Ferguson tells the story of one young woman who agrees to marry a man chosen by her family. What she doesn’t know until after the marriage is that he married her under duress. The relationship then descends into a spiral of alcohol and violence.

‘Without Consent’ reported by Sarah Ferguson and presented by Kerry O’Brien, originally aired on Monday 2nd April at 8.30 pm on ABC1.

1) Over the past weekend Brother Johnny Lee Clary ministered at the CTFM base in Hallam. Many people from across Melbourne came to hear this man of God share his powerful testimony of his journey from being the KKK (Ku Klux Clan) leader to becoming a Christian Minister of the Gospel who loves all people.

Many responded to the altar call for salvation and to rededicate their lives to Jesus. People were very blessed to hear a preacher preach the uncompromising word of God boldly and passionately. Many stated, “It is so great to hear someone preach the truth with such love!”

Pr Daniel ministered over the weekend in 2 different churches in Naracoorte and Bordertown, SA. Pr Gary, his wife Lynn and bro Tony from CTFM accompanied him on this trip. Many people gathered at every service and were mightily blessed by the presence and Word of God.

One lady brought her friend and husband, who had cancer, all the way from Mt Gambier, to the Holy Spirit revival meeting. They arrived one hour before the service and wanted prayer, as the husband could not stay for the service because of his condition. After spending some time with them, Pr Daniel prayed, rebuked the cancer, then told this man to stay for the service.

Well, what’s most interesting was that this brother who could not sit up for long, stayed for the whole service which lasted more than 3 hours! At the end of the meeting he came up again for prayer and told Pr Daniel, “Round one was so good, I have come up for round two.” He looked much brighter and cheerful. We are trusting God for his complete healing.

One lady testified as to how her daughter who lives in the Coffs Harbor area had attended a meeting awhile ago when Pr Daniel had ministered in Bellingen, NSW. She had received prayer because she was suffering with fibromyalgia. After she was prayed for she was completely healed by the power of God. What a mighty God we serve!

There was also great excitement amongst the people when they heard about Rise Up Australia Party (Keep Australia Australian) and many immediately signed up as members.

Pr Daniel stated, “I am greatly encouraged at the level of interest shown by many people in South Australia in embracing Rise Up Australia Party. I am now confident that we can set up a State Executive Team for RUA Party and run candidates in SA.”

by Hilary White, Rome Corresponden - Thu Apr 19, 2012 17:06 EST

MOSCOW, April 19, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A proposal to outlaw propaganda from the homosexualist movement, particularly that aimed at children, has met with overwhelming approval from the Russian public. A poll conducted by state-run pollster VTsIOM, showed 86 percent of 1,600 respondents nationwide said they supported a ban on the promotion of homosexual relationships.

Recently, the Russian Federation delegation at the G8 Summit refused to endorse a joint statement by foreign ministers that included “lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender” people in its affirmation of human rights. A footnote to the statement read, “The Russian Federation disassociates itself from this language given the absence of any explicit definition or provision relating to such a group or such persons as separate rights holders under international human rights law.”

Sergei Ryabkov, Russia’s deputy foreign minister said that “under the pretext of protecting so-called sexual minorities, in effect there’s aggressive propaganda and the imposition of certain behavior and values that may insult the majority of the society.”Join a Facebook page to defend marriage here.

However, eighty-five percent of respondents in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and 96 percent in rural areas – 94 percent overall – said they had never seen any “gay propaganda.” The poll found that the main source of the materials is television, which accounts for 57 per cent of all instances. Eight per cent of respondents referred to a ubiquitous “cult of homosexuality” in the media.

In March, the city government of St. Petersburg garnered outrage when it passed a law banning promotion of homosexual relations and pedophilia to minors. Foreign and home-grown homosexualist activists called for the boycotting of travel to St. Petersburg, a popular tourist destination. A similar bill has since been introduced in the federal parliament, and a Moscow city official said this week that the capital is also considering a ban on the promotion of sodomy, RIA Novosti news service reports.

Washington Post reporter Michael Birnbaum says that during the recent national elections, anti-western sentiment, including heavy criticism of the homosexual culture and its widespread acceptance, featured prominently in campaign rhetoric.

The St. Petersburg law can impose fines equivalent to $17,000 for spreading “propaganda of sodomy, lesbianism, bisexuality or transgenderism among minors.” This includes “information forming misrepresented conceptions of social equivalence of traditional and non-traditional marriage relations.”

Such laws are bound to be popular in a country where a 2010 poll found that 74 per cent of Russians said homosexuals are “morally dissolute or deficient” and believe that homosexuality is “an amoral mental deviation

We’re posting the following report from Kirsten Jack in regard to the great success of the recent ‘Undeniable’ event at Federation Square in Melbourne on Sun 15th April.

Truly, Jesus is Lord over Melbourne, all of Australia and the Nations of the World!

Dear Friend,

We’re so excited to report about the ‘Undeniable’ event!

Praise God it was perfect weather, for a 7:30pm start at Fed Square. Around 2-3000 people turned up, with over 100 atheists from the Global Atheist Convention. A number of churches cancelled their Sunday night services to be there, and heaps of other churches, denominations and ministries were represented.

Our message to the city of Melbourne was that “we know God is real because He has changed our lives”. We had around 80 helpers in white t-shirts with the words “ask me my story”, who talked and prayed with people in the crowd. There were healings, deliverance, repentance and HEAPS of conversations and prayer with atheists and others.

Ben Price, Compliments of Gus, Kris Vallotton, Peter McHugh and Anthony Fernando were fantastic on stage at glorifying God through their talent and stories. Special thanks to them for their support and passion for the event and for speaking and performing without any payment.

Use the following links to view some of the action from the event:

Short Video 2

God gets all the glory! He gave the idea, he provided grace upon grace to make it happen, and all in only 24 days.

We’re also thrilled to acknowledge some of the individuals and churches who freely and sacrificially gave their time and talent to make it happen:

Undeniable Committee: Kirsten Jack, Ben Price, Dennis and Nolene Prince, Gary and Maureen Lisbon, Andrew and Mariana Jack, Anthony Fernando (Southern Lights church rep), David and Jenny von Blanckensee (Stairway Church reps)

Official Photographers: Mark Rosseto (Enhance Studios), Luke Munro (Luke Munro Photography), Chris Sprott (Chris Sprott Photography)

Official Video: Andy Gorrie

Video stories: Jackson Strafford

A very special thank you must go to Southern Lights Church and Stairway Church for cancelling their Sunday night services (at the end of their conferences) to significantly assist us on this special night!

Kingston City Church also provided invaluable foundational support in crucial areas and a big thank you must go to them!

Finally a huge thank you to the many churches and individuals who sacrificially gave of their finances – we received over $17,000 in the space of only 3 1/2 weeks to help cover the large costs of running this event. How amazing is our God!!!

Bless you,

Johnny Lee Clary © www.johnnyleeclary.com

There is a huge movement underway, with books being written and endorsed by pastors of large churches telling people that Christians should never be involved in politics and that if they are then they are turning unbelievers away from Christ. These books are not worth buying. Their authors are worthless because they lack knowledge and wisdom when it comes to God’s word and therefore should not be telling Christians how to live their lives.

All political power has been delegated by God. As Apostle Paul says in Romans 13:1, in speaking on the subject of civil authority, “Every person should obey the government in power. No government would exist if it hadn’t been established by God. The governments which exist have been put in place by God.”

People accuse me all the time of being disobedient to God’s word for criticizing government officials, using Romans 13:1 to justify that accusation. I always point out to them that if that is true that I am disobedient, then so were the Apostles, John and Peter. The ruling authority commanded and ordered them not to preach Jesus and they replied they must obey God rather than men. Therefore, the word of God is plain; we do not have to obey government authority when it conflicts with God’s word.

Now the key here is that when you have a government that is hostile to or just plain old anti-Christian, you must get involved with politics in order to change the government to be favorable to God’s word and the way to do that is to put Christians in power!I see people’s profiles on social websites all the time that has where it says the word politics: “Who Cares?” I say “YOU should care because these people are running your life!” If your pastors are telling you it is improper for Christians to get involved in politics, get out of their church and do not give them any more of your hard earned dollars! You see, to them it is all about money anyway. They probably just want you all wrapped up in their agendas, which they will disguise as “God’s agenda” but in truth it is just programs designed to control your life and make them more money.

A true pastor is a man or woman of God who will want you involved in politics in order to build a godly society for our children and their children’ s future! So you see, politics is about who will have the authority and power direct from God Himself who works through people to direct the affairs of our common public life. The direction we travel in depends on the choices that we make. Therefore it is our choice to elect a God fearing candidate to public office to direct the direction of our lives and the lives of our children, or to elect to office a secular humanist that will govern our lives according to every ungodly satanic principle that is available to them.

You can elect those who have no regard for the Bible or God’s laws and principles, or you can elect those who are humble and recognize that the authority they have that comes with the office they hold has been delegated to them by God and they are accountable to Him for their use of it.

It is insane for Christians to remove themselves from political activism using the excuse of “Christians shouldn’t be involved in politics,” when the Bible, which is the Holy Word and authoritative book they claim to live by and profess to believe, tells them that political power comes directly from the very God they worship!

Some of these same Christians that say we don’t need to be involved in politics because it is a dirty business, fail to realize that the church can be a dirty business too! I have been a minister for nearly 20 years and I can’t even begin to tell you how many times a pastor has ripped off my love offering the people wanted to give me, or all the backstabbing, greed, gossip, and slander that I have seen in the churches, not to mention the sexual perversion and immorality that goes on. I have had just as many propositions from church girls, and more opportunities to get laid than I ever did with the barroom honky-tonk girls or the whores who make a living hooking. Therefore if we as Christians do not need to be involved with politics because it is dirty, then we do not need to be involved with the church either.

When a Christian refuses to get involved in politics, he or she is yielding the authority over our public lives to those who hate God or have no respect for God who gives them that authority. They have abandoned their child’s future to atheists, Muslims and secularists!

They have no one to blame but themselves when prayer is outlawed in public places, signs with the name of Jesus are removed from public buildings, homosexuals are parading in the streets holding “pride” marches, abortion on demand is made available in every town in addition to teenage daughters at the school without parental notification, and secular science is taught in place of creationism.

In Luke 10:19, Jesus said “I have given you the authority to trample snakes and scorpions and to destroy the enemy’s power. Nothing will hurt you.”

The question is, what are YOU doing with that authority? Are you listening to those lunatics that tell you a Christian should never be involved in politics therefore yielding the governmental authority that controls your life to the ungodly? Have you ever been accused of something you didn’t do? Have you ever been sued or taken to court for any reason whatsoever where you knew you were not guilty? Have you ever been arrested for something you didn’t do? If that ever happens to you then which kind of judge would you rather hear your case; a Christian judge, or a secular humanist left wing liberal with no love for God? How about some of you men who have ever gone through a divorce? Would you rather have a Christian judge that loves the Lord decide who gets what, or would you rather take your chances with a feminist man-hating liberal who thinks all men should pay for the mistreatment of women in today’s society?

You are the one who has the power to elect these public officials and if you refuse to get involved with politics then you have no one to blame but yourself whenever the elected officials turn out to be ungodly animalistic God-haters.

I read where one writer said that in the Sermon on the Mount Jesus said that we are “the salt of the earth” and “the light of the world.” Salt was used, in the lack of refrigeration, to stop the spread of decay. Light was used to do away with darkness as it is today.

Jesus was saying that He desires His followers to get involved with all of life so that by our presence the spread of moral corruption can be stopped and detained and darkness and ignorance about important matters can be replaced with light and truth.”

Also wherever this is no light or salt, then there will be darkness and decay, which is what will happen if Christians refuse to get involved in politics.

The Lord is depending on us because He works through people. That is His plan for us to be the salt and light of the world. There is no alternative plan.

The truth of the matter is, those who say Christians should never be involved in politics have no right whatsoever to complain about any immorality in society or anti-Christian laws or rulings. Pastors, authors, or laymen who tell Christians to stay out of politics are nothing more than bold-faced liars and hypocrites if they ever use instances of immorality, moral decay, or anti-Christian laws as an illustration of any kind in their sermons, writings, or witnessing.

So many of these people love to complain about how bad things are in today’s society, but like a rabid dog, they immediately attack and turn on any Christian who agrees with them and then actually tries to do something about it.

Lawmakers have the very power and authority of God in their hands, so Christians have much more reason to be involved in politics than the secular humanists.

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was heavily involved in politics and he encouraged others to do the same. He said:

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”

“We will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”

“He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it.”

Finally John F. Kennedy said, “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.”

May we all love our Country enough to get politically active and do something!

Rev. Johnny Lee Clary is one of the leading advocates for racial unity in the United States and has appeared on countless television and radio shows such as The Billy Graham Radio show, Fox News, Morris Cerullo, Oprah, Morton Downey Jr., Rolanda Watts, Geraldo, Sally Jesse Raphael, Jerry Springer, Ricki Lake, Queen Latifah, Montel Williams, Phil Donahue, A&E Investigative Reports, ABC World News Tonight, Bertrice Berry, Sunrise Today,

The Today Show, A Current Affair, The 700 Club, and Kenneth Copeland’s TV show. He has also been a regular guest on TBN’s Praise The Lord show and has been featured in America’s top newspapers and magazines, including a seven page feature story in Charisma magazine in April 1999, Moody Magazine, Guidepost Magazine (Sept. 1998), Kenneth Copeland’s Believer’s Voice of Victory magazine, as well as appearances on TV programs in Australia, England, Holland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Sweden, and Wales.

Friday, April 6, 2012 By Peter Wooding - Europe Bureau Chief for ASSIST News Service

LONDON, ENGLAND (ANS) – CHRISTIANS across the UK were today (GOOD FRIDAY) launching a campaign to urge UK Prime Minister David Cameron to turn his strong “words of support” for Christianity and its role in public life, which he expressed this week at a private ‘Easter Reception’ at Downing Street for senior church leaders, into “solid action”.

In a letter to the UK Prime Minister, nurse Shirley Chaplin, one of the four Christians involved in the cases going to Europe, said:At the reception, the Prime Minister, who attends church with his wife, Samantha, and their children, rallied over 100 senior church representatives with a strong call for the Church to be more active in British Society, backed by the Government. He said that he supported the “fight back” by the Church against rising secularism and the right of Christians to wear crosses at work and be open about their faith.

According to a Christian Concern press release his comments come at a time when many Christians, including the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Lord Carey, fear that traditional values are being airbrushed from public life. A series of court cases have handed victories to secular campaigners, as Christians have been penalised for wearing crosses to work, for not wanting to work on a Sunday or even for just sharing their faith with colleagues or clients. In a recent case a Devon council was actually barred from saying prayers at the start of official meetings.

Mr Cameron told the attendees: “I think there’s something of a fight-back going on, and we should welcome that. The values of the Bible, the values of Christianity are the values that we need.” In a separately released Easter message, Mr Cameron said the festival was a time to “remember the life, sacrifice and living legacy of Christ”.

However, the Christian Legal Centre says that, behind the scenes, the official Government submission to the European Court (in relation to four cases where Christians have been denied equal rights to manifest their faith at work), betrays a very different position, as the Government submission backs the Judgments against all four Christians and denies their right to act according to their faith at work.

Now, the Christian Legal Centre’s sister organisation, Christian Concern, is launching a campaign www.notashamedofthecross.org.uk calling on the Prime Minister to amend the Government’s statement to the European Court of Human Rights in order to align the submission with his public pronouncements on the role of Christianity and to lend his Government’s clear support for the Christians whose cases will be heard in Europe, ensuring freedom of religion and conscience in the work place.

“Reports that you believe that people should be able to wear crosses and that the law should protect such freedoms are to be warmly welcomed. I had worn a small cross, given to me at my confirmation, around my neck for nearly thirty years whilst working as a nurse. However, in spite of the fact that no danger or difficulty had ever been encountered and the fact that others were permitted to continue wearing religious dress, I was told to remove my cross. I chose to continue wearing it and as a result was removed from frontline nursing.

“Last summer, tens of thousands of people contacted you requesting that the Government defend basic, historic and sensible freedoms of belief and conscience in its submission to the European Court. However, the Government’s submission stated that the wearing of a visible cross or Crucifix was not “a generally recognised form of practising the Christian faith”. It also claimed that, since I was free to practice my faith outside of work, and also that I was free to resign my job, my freedom of religion had been sufficiently guaranteed! Surely this is no freedom at all.

“In light of your views, reported this week, I urge you Prime Minister not to wait until the cases are heard by the Court, but to act decisively now, ensuring that revised submissions are made expressing the Government’s support for the vital principles of freedom of religion and conscience that are at stake.”

Andrea Minichiello Williams, founder and CEO of the Christian Legal Centre, which has been backing two of the four cases now in the European Court, said that there was no better time for the Prime Minister to progress his support for Christians in this country in clear policy terms – before any more Christians lose their jobs for wearing discreet symbols of their faith in this “Christian country”.

She said: “The Prime Minister’s words of support for Christians this week are empty and hollow unless he translates them meaningfully into actions which support and protect Christians who find themselves increasingly marginalised in the public sphere.

“Shirley Chaplin, Gary McFarlane and the others who now face the European Court of Human Rights in their pursuit of justice, are calling on the Prime Minister to act on his stated convictions and on what he knows to be right. If the Prime Minister is to be trusted he needs to carry through on what he says he believes; otherwise he will be a man who disappoints, a man who appears like a chameleon, changing his tune according to whoever he is talking to.

“To say that wearing a cross is not a generally recognised form of practising the Christian faith and that Shirley’s freedom of religion is not interfered with, when asked to remove it, because she was free to resign, is no freedom at all and at complete odds with everything David Cameron has said this week.

“The Prime Minister’s aides told church leaders at the Downing Street reception that if the European Court goes against the four individuals, the Government will bring in legislation to support them. Why make the process so difficult? Our own Courts have already gone against Christians, and he and his Government know it. Why not simply change the Government’s official position in Europe to help secure freedom for Christians now?

“This Easter, if the Prime Minister wants people of faith to take him seriously, then we call on him to act according to his words otherwise they will seem to be empty rhetoric. Good Friday was all about Christ demonstrating his leadership by serving others in all humility. We call on the Prime Minister to do the same.

Christians are being “persecuted” by courts and “driven underground” in the same way that homosexuals once were, a former Archbishop of Canterbury has warned.

Lord Carey says worshippers are being “vilified” by the state, treated as “bigots” and sacked simply for expressing their beliefs.

The attack is part of a direct appeal to the European Court of Human Rights before a landmark case on religious freedom.

In a written submission seen by The Daily Telegraph, the former leader of more than 70?million Anglicans warns that the outward expression of traditional conservative Christian values has effectively been “banned” in Britain under a new “secular conformity of belief and conduct”.

His comments represent one of the strongest attacks on the impartiality of Britain’s judiciary from a religious leader.

He says Christians will face a “religious bar” to employment if rulings against wearing crosses and expressing their beliefs are not reversed.

Lord Carey argues that in “case after case” British courts have failed to protect Christian values. He urges European judges to correct the balance.

The hearing, due to start in Strasbourg on Sept 4, will deal with the case of two workers forced out of their jobs over the wearing of crosses as a visible manifestation of their faith. It will also take in the cases of Gary McFarlane, a counsellor sacked for saying that he may not be comfortable in giving sex therapy to homosexual couples, and a Christian registrar, who wishes not to conduct civil partnership ceremonies.

Lord Carey, who was archbishop from 1991 to 2002, warns of a “drive to remove Judaeo-Christian values from the public square”. Courts in Britain have “consistently applied equality law to discriminate against Christians”.

They show a “crude” misunderstanding of the faith by treating some believers as “bigots”. He writes: “In a country where Christians can be sacked for manifesting their faith, are vilified by State bodies, are in fear of reprisal or even arrest for expressing their views on sexual ethics, something is very wrong.

“It affects the moral and ethical compass of the United Kingdom. Christians are excluded from many sectors of employment simply because of their beliefs; beliefs which are not contrary to the public good.”

He outlines a string of cases in which he argues that British judges have used a strict reading of equality law to strip the legally established right to freedom of religion of “any substantive effect”.

“It is now Christians who are persecuted; often sought out and framed by homosexual activists,” he says. “Christians are driven underground. There appears to be a clear animus to the Christian faith and to Judaeo-Christian values. Clearly the courts of the United Kingdom require guidance.”

He says the human rights campaign has gone too far and become a political agenda.

Keith Porteous-Wood, executive director of the National Secular Society, said: “The idea that there is any kind of suppression of religion in Britain is ridiculous.

“Even in the European Convention on Human Rights, the right to religious freedom is not absolute – it is not a licence to trample on the rights of others. That seems to be what Lord Carey wants to do.”

We thank and praise God for His wonderful presence, which makes the difference in people’s lives!

Without Jesus, where would we be?

1) On Saturday the 21st of April the first Candidate Orientation Day for Rise Up Australia Party (Keep Australia Australian) for the state of Victoria was held at the RUA Party office in Hallam.

We were so thankful to God to see as many as 30 potential candidates turn up for the day from across Victoria. RUA Party will be running a full ticket in Victoria and most other states in the 2013 Federal Election.

Those who attended the Orientation Day were men and women with a great passion to see change in our government and nation and are willing to do anything to make this happen.

Pr Daniel stated, “Certainly, I see a revolution led by love for a national reformation beginning to happen all across Australia. I know that RUA Party is a part of His battle strategy to take back Australia!”

On Sunday before the service at CTFM in Hallam, a young couple who were into drugs, etc. came to church and met with Pr Daniel. After ministering to them for some time, he led them both to the Lord, and then they joined in for

At the Sunday evening Credentialing Service at CTFM, 10 brothers and sisters in Christ were ordained into the Fivefold Ministry to advance the Kingdom of God in power and authority in Jesus Name. There were 4 from QLD, 1 from SA, 1 from WA and 4 from Vic who received their ministry credentials from Catch The Fire ministries. Pr Daniel, his wife Maryse, along with the CTFM Pastoral Team, Board Members and Elders laid hands on these wonderful men and women of God who were ordained, and prayed and prophesied over them.

This was a glorious service as the presence of God as touched many lives during the service. Many responded to the altar call and received their miracle from God. The worship was absolutely awesome and the many visitors who came for this very special service were mightily touched by the Holy Spirit.
