Muslim man hears God’s voice saying, “Go back to that altar and give your heart to Me.”

(Kenya)—Church of God missionaries Neil and Jennifer Lawrence have reported that 80 people have been saved recently in their area of Kenya.

Below, the Lawrences list some of their experiences including a demon-possessed woman being delivered and a suicidal woman giving her heart to Jesus.

They also relate another story of a Muslim man who walked past their meeting nearly five miles beyond where their loud speakers were pointed. Suddenly, they say, The Lord spoke to him. “Go back to that altar and give your heart to Me.” The man returned and accepted Jesus.

The couple notes: “The Lord of the Harvest has given us this time to push forward into the fields which are ripe. Now is not the time to shrink back from the plow; it is the time to press forward and win the prize.”

The Lord of the Harvest has given us this time to push forward into the fields which are ripe. Now is not the time to shrink back from the plow; it is the time to press forward and win the prize. Kenya is a country on the edge of the 10/40 window that is about 7 percent Muslim.

After suffering several suicide attacks—the jihadists easily transiting across the border of neighboring countries—Kenya remains a hideout and an easy target for Muslim extremists. Yet, in Likoni where 10 mosques surround the crusade venue, 80 people were saved.

As I prayed for a demon-possessed woman in the altar, the evil spirit was speaking in English and refusing to leave her. I realized immediately the evil spirit was trying to intimidate me, since this woman and most of the people there speak Swahili. The evil spirit left her because of the power of Jesus!

Another woman was hearing voices telling her to commit suicide. Even though she lived far away, she heard the gospel message, came to the meeting and got saved. At another venue there were Muslims preaching using horn speakers. Our sound equipment was so powerful it drowned out their attacks on Christianity.

On the final night a Muslim man walked past the venue until he was five miles behind where our speakers were pointed. The Lord spoke to him, “Go back to that altar and give your heart to me.” He returned and accepted Jesus!
