Dear friends & family in Christ,

1) You may click the following link to watch another miraculous healing from near death of a 17 year old girl last May 2013 when Pr Daniel prayed for her and family at the Monash Hospital ICU in Melbourne.

All glory to our Lord Jesus Christ, our miracle working God, who brought back hope when there was no hope!

We thank everyone who was praying for this girl and will continue to pray for her total recovery.

2) Our weekly 9.30am & 6.30pm worship services are this Sunday 12th January at CTFM at our new premises at 30 Star Crescent in Hallam, Melbourne.

Pr Daniel will be praying for people at both services.

3) Pastor Asoka Perera (& his wife Ps Mishika) from Sri Lanka will be ministering at the 9:30m worship service at CTFM on Sunday 19th January 2014.

They lead a church in Sri Lanka, in addition to an international ministry focused in discipling, training and releasing Christians into marketplace ministry.

Pastor Bernard Ong from Hosanna Praise Assembly in Malaysia will be ministering at the 6:30pm worship service.

The vision of his church is “To bring people to Christ by reaching them with the Gospel so that they may be born again into the family of God, growing as disciples of Christ and being equipped and empowered for ministry, thus fulfilling the Great Commission of World Mission in order to extend the Kingdom of God and magnify His Name through the establishment of Hosanna Praise Assemblies.”

Their mission statement is “To reach the world with the Gospel by planting churches in the cities, towns villages and beyond.” Their objectives are “Practical Christian Living, Loving Family Life, Church Planting and Community Services.”

    Dear Sir,
Thank you for the info provided about the attack on the church in Sri Lanka. I spoke to the Deputy High Commissioner at the SL Embassy ( tel number provide in your webpage) at 4.15 pm on the 15th Jan 2014. He said that as a Buddhist himself he is ashamed of this incident as SL is a multi-religious community. I registered my sadness at the vicious attack on the church in the presence of the police: The main Buddhist priest defied the police who could not stop him and consequently the rest of the Buddhist people in the rally went into the church premises and destroyed and damaged property must to the anguish of Christians all over the world. I mentioned that this must be investigated and this should not be slow or else it might seem like the SLankan authorities are condoning such unlawful and frightening incidents. The DHCommissioner I spoke to agreed that this is a criminal activity and investigation have started. They have identified the main person.
Unfortunately I forgot to assure the DHC of my prayers for the Buddhist priests involved that in God’s Grace they will see the errors for their ways.
    Bye for now, Doris
