(Thailand)—Reports in from Will Graham’s last evangelistic outreach of the year in Thailand, called “Celebration Abundant Life,” reveal that more than 12,000 people attended with 800 of those committing their lives to Christ.

“That abundant life you’re looking for cannot be obtained on your own,” preached Graham. “That’s why God sent His Son on a rescue mission to save us. Some of you are looking for answers in life. Deep down, you feel something is missing. He’s the only One who can fill you.”

According to a Christian Post report, Thailand is populated by approximately 67.4 million people; 94.6 percent are Buddhist, 4.6 percent Muslim, and less than one percent are Christian.

Graham has attributed part of his success in reaching the lost in non-Christian countries to the fact that he focuses his message on Jesus, not their beliefs.

“One of the key things I’ve tried not to do is bash other religions,” he said. “I will make distinctions, at times, but I never try to make them feel bad for what they believe. I want to present Jesus. Jesus will convict them…”
