Darwin RUAP campaign meetings turn into Reconciliation with Indigenous Australians / Melbourne Western Suburbs campaign meeting with Lord Monckton on 22nd March6 Comments Published by Office 2 March 15th, 2013 in A Call To Action, Australia, Bible, Christian Church Issues, Courage, Deliverance, Family, Freedom of Religion, Healing, Multiculturalism, Politics, Prayer, Rise Up Australia
1) Last weekend in Darwin, Pr Daniel along with Peter & Melanie from CTFM, ministered at several church meetings and also RUA Party campaign meetings, which were very well attended. This was Pr Daniel’s first time visiting Darwin after having prayed for 13 years.
We thank God that during the week heading up to the meetings, the Northern Territorial newspaper wrote two articles about his visit to Darwin. These articles, along with the help of the Darwin Christian Radio 97.7FM, helped get the message out, which brought many people to the CTFM & RUAP meetings where they were mightily touched by the power of God.

At the altar many were weeping and some others received a real healing touch from God. Many people, who were there for the first time, were tremendously blessed by the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. We also had the opportunity to speak on the Christian Radio Station on Monday which was very good.
The real highlight of the weekend was on Monday night, which was scheduled as a campaign meeting mainly focussed on spending time with the Indigenous people of Australia, but something amazing happened.
In his speech at the National Press Club at the RUAP National Campaign Launch in Canberra last month, Pr Daniel stated, “the Indigenous people are very spiritual and that providing only their physical needs would not fix their problems. RUAP has the answer to meet their spirituals needs too.”
Well, that’s exactly what happened in Darwin.
Almost half the crowd gathered on Monday night were Indigenous people. After Pr Daniel spoke he invited them to the front, which was quite unexpected, as it was a RUA Party meeting. Then he prayed over these Indigenous people, who we had never met before. They responded very well and many of them started weeping. One lady stated, “You are the answer, we have been praying and waiting for this day.”
Then he led the Indigenous people in a short prayer as they all repeated after him, “God we thank you for our land, it belongs to you. You have asked us as the First People to look after this land. We welcome all those who have come into this land. Thank you God for bringing them into our land.”
Then he called all the non-Indigenous people out and led them to pray, “God we thank you for bringing us to this land. We thank the First People for well coming us. We ask forgiveness for the wrong things done to them by our fore-fathers. Please forgive us as we stand in the gap. We love you very much.”
At this point Indigenous and non-Indigenous people were weeping. Then he turned to the Indigenous people and they prayed, “We forgive you and we love you too. Forgive us if we have done anything wrong too, thank you for bringing the Word of God to us.”
The rest was history making as all came together, started hugging each other and weeping on each other’s shoulders.
Then Pr Daniel led us all in the song, ‘Here we are together again just praising the Lord.’ After this the Indigenous people wanted to pray for Pr Daniel, so they all surrounded him, started praying and singing. Then we all took some photos together.
Pr Daniel stated, “This was surely a day of history making. Many people in Darwin told me that nothing like this has ever happened before in Darwin. I thank God, for I believe that this is a new day and that our Indigenous brothers and sisters are going to Rise Up together with us to protect Australia and Keep it Australian.”
