Tony AbbottPrime Minister Kevin RuddDear friends and family in Christ,

As you may be aware Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott will speak to the Christian constituency at the Make it Count event on June 21, 2010.

This will be webcast live from Old Parliament House in Canberra to the churches throughout the nation. It builds on the success of the inaugural MIC in 2007 with John Howard and Kevin Rudd which was streamed to more than 100,000 people in more than 800 venues.  This puts the Christian constituency on the map but we know that in 2007 we only scratched the surface of what is possible. This year the organisers are believing for 3 times the participants across our nation.

Pastor Daniel stated, “Make sure to be led by the Holy Spirit during Make It Count 2010 as to the Lord’s preferred choice and to who is the fair dinkum Christian candidate for the next Prime Minister of Australia.  As Jesus says, ’the tree is known by its fruits’. Make sure to watch and listen to both of these men through the wisdom and discernment of the Spirit of God. I pray and hope that we do not make the same mistake as in the last federal election in 2007.”

CTFM in Melbourne will be showing the webcast from 7pm – 9:30pm on Monday 21st June at our premises at 23 Melverton Dr. in Hallam.

We encourage you and your church to participate in it by registering for the webcast at http://webcast.australiavotes.org/

Well said, “a tree is known by it’s fruit”.

Kevin chooses a lesbian who claims to be a Christian for the most important porfolio of Environment Minister. If he had the Holy Spirit speaking to him, the HS would have warned him of the Global Warming Swindle, which has cost him so much credibility. The camera shot of him constantly leaving an old sandstone church building on a Sunday morning is obvious spin, which most Aussie Christians see through.

We have the right to be fruit inspectors, Jesus has given us that right. He has admitted many times that the Bible doesn’t inform him very much on major issues.

But where does Tony stand on the key issues of abortion, homosexual “marriage”, and substance abuse in the nation?
    Time will tell.

God bless you goos warriors of the Truth.

    Hi Jason,

My thanks to CTFM for supporting this very significant event. Unfortunately, I am also aware that some churches are reluctant to support this type of thing for fear of being accused of “getting involved in politics”. (This is certainly not the case here. It is all about “being informed”.)

    Blessings,

    Hi Jason,

Thank you for the email. I think many Christians may have already made up their minds on who to vote for. I did come across this article and was shocked but also did confirm to me my vote. This is person struts out of Church on Sunday holding his wife’s hand and then does what is written in the article below.

    Blessings

Dear Danny and Jason and all our partners at CTM

Thank you for the information relating to make it count simulcast from parliament house. We do need to make absolutely certain that we do not make any mistakes over who we vote in this time as I well believe that the majority of Christians were hoodwinked by Kevin 07s pitch at the Christian vote.( note here that John Howard had some fruit but no one knew if Kevin had any)

Although this federal election is important, it looks fairly certain if we are to judge by polls that Kevin 07 will not be Kevin 10. Of probable even greater importance is what is happening on the State Election Level. We need to ensure Tony gets in and he most likely will but God help us all if Brumby gets in. WE know his fruit. Decriminalization of abortion now including late term as you know as well as pro gay through Hulls. Hulls is definitely anti Christian as you Know. If we don’t stop them Gay marriages will be on the agenda as well as euthanasia as well as more anti Christian legislation. The state labour government are anti God anti anointing anti life prodeath I cant emphasize enough the absolute necessity of having them removed.Unfortunately Ballieu and David Davis are also anti abortion but we may be able to swing enough members to geta way with the introduction of a private members bill to have late term abortions stopped and the rights of Drs and Nurses returned. God needs every single one of those 20,000 children that are aborted. This is not about politics its about life. Jesus is life.

We are blessed to live in a democracy. But with that freedom we have great ,great responsibility. I would go as far as to say that every Christian can not vote for any candidate that is pro abortion, progay, pro euthanasia. God will hold us accountable( the church who are Gods given authority on this earth) if we vote for the forces of evil who support unrighteousness. God only needs to withdraw a thimble full of grace for Victoria to be a living hell (as we found out with the bushfires). We need to remember that he is the God of justice and the God of righteousness. There are those in the church who think Gods a good God he wouldnt do that. I would ask them if the last chapter of their Bible may be missing. God is the dispenser of just justice.

I am currently working with the Christian democratic party, Australian family association and the National civic council. We need the vote of every Christian in this state election to oust the Brumby government. Especially for the sake of these 20,000 children

    Yours in Him
    Pastor Ben from Bendigo

    Hello Friends,
I am wondering if it is possible to offer some comment and ask the leaders three Questions?
If I could it would be :- To Mr Rudd and Mr Abbot,
We have had a succession of Governments allowing or indeed encouraging a particular type of immigrant to this country. No doubt encourared by large businesses that put large sums of money in to your campaign chests. These people when in a small minority fly under the radar and seem model citizens apart from the way they treat there own. However when in larger percentage display un Australian behaviour and ideas!
Such as : They Hate our predominantly Judeo/Christian Culture
They Hate our right to criticise
They Hate our form of Government
They hate our God and Church
They even hate their fellow men if they are part of a different sect of their own religion!!
My first Question is if they do not want to assimilate and honour our institutions and customs Why let them in?, My second Question Do you both know that most Australians are not happy with our immigration policy? You would get far better value for money with out the present and future pain if we helped them in the country’s where they come from. My third Question is Why are you afraid to let the Australian People have a real discussion and influence on the type of People we let in to our home? (Not the race but to cultural practices)
    Yours Sincerely
    Stephen from W.A.

    Dear Jason,

I have just received the email below regarding this event – I thought it important enough to send to you.

    Blessings

    Dear Christian friends,

It is interesting that the june 21st date chosen for this event, and I presume the Rudd government were given the right to chose the date, is a ‘high’ day in the witchcraft/satanic calendar – the winter equinox in the southern hemisphere and summer equinox in the northern hemisphere. According to this calendar witches, satanists, top level freemasons and illuminists etc all around the world will be engaged in sexual orgies which no doubt release many seducing spirits, not just physical, but emotional and mental seducing spirits as well.

As written in Ephesians 6:12 we do not fight against ‘flesh and blood’ but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places that tries, among other things, to destroy and stop righteous government forming over nations. Therefore I feel it most important and urgent that we pray and declare the victory of the shed blood of Jesus over this event, that all seducing spirits of any kind will not have their way, that they be gagged, made silent and inactive. May Truth prevail, deception be exposed and righteousness reign in this nation.

May Australia not be ‘hoodwinked’ or remain complacent or compromising over issues that are important to the Lord. May every obstacle to Australia coming into her calling in God be dealt with and removed. We are in a time when black appears as white and white as black, when good is portrayed as evil and evil as good. I truly believe there is a battle going on over this nation at this time that will greatly affect the degree to which this nation turns to God.

    Blessings
    Dianne
