Global cooling/Divine protection restored/what would Derryn Hinch think?

Despite warnings to the contrary, another ‘Black Saturday’ was averted through prayer and fasting, with the cooler temperatures across Victoria signalling divine restoration in that state.
Catch the Fire Ministries (CTFM) president, Pastor Daniel Nalliah said following the backlash against him for stating that the bushfires signalled God had removed His protection over the state, linked to Melbourne’s abortion laws, the ‘global cooling’ this past month showed divine protection has been restored in Victoria.
Pastor Nalliah pointed out that we have just finished the summer season 2010 with no major incidents of bushfires at all. Was this because of the State Government’s fire plan or was it because of a supernatural act of God?
“Contrary to grave predictions by the Weather Bureau and the State Government of an increase in deadly bushfires, this past Summer gone has been nothing short of a spectacular miracle!,†Pastor Daniel said.
“So when the Weather Bureau and the State Government warned everyone about the bushfire threat, were they lying like those who spooked the nations with the Global Warming Myth?? It seems now that there is Global Cooling!,†he said.
“Well, we thank and praise God that this bushfire season has been one of the mildest in many years and literally no lives were lost. God’s merciful love in restoring His divine protection over the state of Victoria and across Australia has been in response to the corporate repentance, fasting, and prayers of His Church according to the Bible in 2 Chronicles 7:13-14.â€
“The Sunday Age recently had an article entitled, “Victoria spared the summer that could have been hell†http://www.theage.com.au/victoria/victoria-spared-the-summer-that-could-have-been-hell-20100227-pa9e.html. It was very interesting that there were no mention of all the prayers that have been going up to spare the state from bushfires,†he said.
“The truth is that Australia had more rain during summer than possibly any other season, in fact, so much rainfall during summer that water restrictions were eased in some states. The nation experienced record breaking rainfall, as stated on many media outlets.
“I hope that at least now the pundits, sceptics, and others will acknowledge that there is a righteous God in heaven above who looks down upon us on the earth. As the Lord God Almighty said in His Word the Bible in 2 Chronicles 7:13-14, “When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.â€
In October 2009, CTFM with Christians from many churches and denominations, dared to pray for Australia on Mount Ainslie in Canberra as well as around 30 other mountain tops, in addition to many churches, homes and parks.
“We had much opposition, but we took our stand, fasting and crying unto God in repentance prayer in the city where the seat of Government is, to protect our nation from predicted bushfires and other potential disasters,†Pastor Nalliah said.

Back in October 2009 Australian Media personality Derryn Hinch from 3AW Radio in Victoria, challenged Pastor Daniel and his faith in God by saying, “Let’s see whether your God can stop the bushfires.â€Â Pastor Daniel responded, “We are praying to God that the bushfire season in 2010 will be very mild and that there will be no lives lost.â€Â “I wonder what Derryn Hinch has to say now?â€, Pastor Nalliah asked.
“So, will the Church, the Government, the Media, and the Nation acknowledge God’s Fire Plan, or will they continue to turn their back on God and see His hand of protection removed once again? We all know that September 11 2001 in the USA, the Boxing Day 2004 Tsunami in Asia, Earthquakes in Haiti & Chile ,and many other such disasters have brought millions of people to on their knees crying out for God to save them. I pray that we will not wait for a disaster to turn back to God and ask for His protection.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
There always will be a backlash if we speak the truth as Christ would have us do.
There are those who trust science for all its answers, even if scientists cannot agree.
So they will interpret what happened as further signs of global warming and not cooling.
It is true that they (the scientists) did say that as global warming takes effect there would be more rain and more snow as a result.
What they failed to say was that such an effect would actually reverse temperature results.
Now we believe it is actually in answer to prayer.
But we must also see that judgments of God are falling on Australia as well.
They are as yet selective in nature and not upon all, and we would have to say that they are like the tower of Siloam in that they are not judgmental on the worst offenders, but rather as a warning of worse judgments to come.
If there is repentance then there is a withholding of the judgments.

Greetings; John above has made some excellent observations in the last three (3) paragraphs of his response, in fact all he has to say is well documented.
I wonder how many believers noticed that the weekend before last, when thousands in Sydney celebrated the Gay and Lesbian Mardi gras, most of the East Coast of Australia had a Tsunami warning on that Sunday. And did we also notice that despite the fact many beaches were closed and people were warned to stay away, lots of people lined the shores to watch the ‘spectacle’ or went surfing, ignoring the warning!
So too, the Prophets of old warned of God’s judgments on the people; is it possible the Tsunami was a warning to Australia of worse judgments to come?
Yes Ps. Danny and John above, well may we say, “Will we turn back to Him? The decision is ours” and “if there is repentance, then there is a witholding of the judgments”.

You may be interested to note for prayer that the infamous evolutionist Prof Richard Dawkins from UK is coming to Melbourne to conduct an atheistic convention on march 12, and then a few days later in Brisbane. This info is from Living Waters ministry in USA. This man, as you probably know, has been a prominent evangelist for atheism/evolution for decades. The hatred against mainly Christians ,that he incites on youtube videos comments is vile.

Straight after school pick up yesterday, my 13yr old & I were driving home, when I turned on the radio. I don’t normally listen to Derryn Hinch, purely for the fact that I find him arrogant and spilling over with an antichrist spirit which he has in the past clearly and vocally promoted over the airwaves, usually mocking and judging unfairly any kind of stance toward true Christianity. So when we suddenly tuned in to his angry ugly response to you, as we listened on, realising that he was interviewing you, it was obvious he was out to attack and destroy any credability that comes from the Holy Spirit.
I jumped out of the car when we got home, picked up the phone to ring Hinch in support of you, but they were not taking any more calls.
So this morning I looked up your website to find out more about your ministry. I have heard about you in past years and through Christian friends who believe you are bing led by the Lord in standing up for truth and moral issues.
All I can say is, God Bless you and keep you and make HIS face shine upon you and give you HIS strength and peace as you boldly stand up for Gods sake.
Very very few christians have the courage and ‘fear of God’ to come out and be separate to speak up and boldly declare the heart of God.
Yes we will be persecuted for His names sake, but God is our vindicator. The battle is not ours, it’s the Lords, we are just his vessels going out into the dark world, longing to share the love of God and help lead people into the Light. However, as it says in John, “the world loves darkness more than Light”, that’s why we cannot dare to think anything can be achieved to tear down the devils shemes without the power of God. Our spirtual weapons by prayer & petition to God are our confidence, knowing that God can move & soften the hardest hearts of the people who do not yet know the Love of Jesus nor his Grace and Mercy. Including, those that blatantly oppose the things of God, like Derryn Hinch. All the more reason, we as christians must not become like them, and always remember to hate the sin and not the sinner as Jesus does.
What a difficult time we are living in, the days are very ominous. Something is brewing in the spirit in the heavenly places and we as Christians need to wake up.
It’s great to know there is still Pastoral leadership out there in Melb with a discerning, prophetic gifting and a word in season for the body of Christ.
We as a family have been struggling with the way our churches have changed, the lack of conviction and man pleasing spirit that has infiltrated our leadership is quite alarming and disappointing to experience.
We as a family have been enormously blessed by listening to Times Square church in NY for over 5 years now, as well as a few selected ministries that boldly declare Gods Word without compromise. They too, have a prophetic leading and I’m sure you would be so encouraged to listen to some powerful recent messages for both David Wilkerson, founder of TSC and Carter Conlon – Head Pastor.
After listening to these annointed Holy Spirit led men, it’s extremely difficult to sit under some of the church leadership here in our Pentecostal churches.
Anyhow, I could go on and share more on this subject, but I’ll leave it at that, and sign off here, with my last words of support and encouragement towards your Godly cause and ministry In The Lord.
