Aussies on their knees in Federal Parliament as a Nation goes to the Polls on November 24 / A special message from the Prime Minister / 1000+ Farmers expected in Canberra on 22nd October

As Australians go to the polls to vote on November 24, Australian church leaders are mobilising Aussies to get on their knees on Monday October 22 at Parliament House Great Hall to pray for the Federal Election and to receive a special message from the Prime Minister.

Australian church leader Pastor Danny Nalliah, who heads up Catch the Fire Ministries – a national prayer organization involving many Australian church denominations, has sent out a national prayer call to the Christian community to gather hundreds of people in the Great Hall from 9am to 11am on October 22 to pray and thank God for rain in addition to praying for the upcoming Federal election.
“This is a historic moment in Australia’s future as the Christian community rises up in unity from all denominations to pray for God’s divine intervention across our nation,” Pastor Danny said.
“We believe that divine intervention can not only open the heavens to give us rain but also extend to the election booths on the day so the right leadership gets in,” he said.
Busloads of people will be travelling to Parliament House in Canberra from across the country including hundreds of farmers who will also be a focus at the gathering. “There will be a special time of prayer for more rain, the farmers, their families and troubled communities across the nation,” Pastor Danny said.
“This election is as much about not compromising our Judeo-Christian heritage, which makes Australia a great democratic nation, as anything else. We don’t want to lose those values in the name of tolerance. As gatekeepers of Judeo-Christian values, we the Church believe we need to be right in the centre of what’s happening in the political arena. It’s up to us to make a political stand to benefit future generations.”

Thank you for doing this. We know what to expect if the election goes in a certain way. Claims to being Christian won’t get in the way of legalising homosexual adoption if attending strip clubs behind a wife’s back is seen as a legitimate pastime.

Though I cannot be in Canberra with you all in the flesh, I am with you in spirit!
I thank God that this prayer meeting is happening, and am praying with you all this morning.
Praying Psalm 91 upon all who are there to pray, and that the Holy Spirit will expose & root out any who are there
    for wrong reasons.

May the Heavens open & the glory of the Lord be revealed in parliament house today!May proud spirits be broken & hearts of
politicians be softened, conviction &^repentance come upon all who desire this nation in politics.

May the farmers rise up with renewed vigour, & a desire to see God be the head of their homes & may they know and understand & grasp hold of the promises & conditions of Deuteronomy 28 :1-…
I see farmers being offered money to leave their farms as a deception of satan!

    Bless you all,
